East Coast Australian label Auguste has partnered with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation’s National Centre Against Bullying and international organisation The Cybersmile Foundation to speak out against bullying and advocate for the right to be free from violence.

The worldwide campaign calls upon influential figures and families to post an image online wearing one of the unisex adult’s and children’s “Hero” tees in order to saturate feeds, promote the campaign and start a conversation on the dangers of bullying. Currently, bullying is one of the biggest challenges facing young people in Australia and the USA, with one in four children bullied and one in five victims experiencing mental health problems later in life.

Head Designer and Creative Director Ebony Eagles has designed the Auguste Against Bullying “Hero” slogan tees as a call to action for Auguste customers and to unite individuals worldwide, with 100% of the tee’s price tag to be donated directly to anti-bullying charities worldwide.

“As a mother, a member of our global community and a victim of childhood bullying, I want to unite people in recognising the dangers of bullying and ignite them to use their voice and set an example. A hero can be anyone who makes this a better place for others – and that’s what this campaign is about.” – EBONY EAGLES, AUGUSTE FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A committed philanthropist, Ebony Eagles has long dedicated her brand to wider environmental and social causes, alongside its commitment to global initiative 1% For The Planet which sees a portion of its profits donated to causes such as the Orangutan Land Trust. Last year Auguste’s hugely successful charity tees campaign ‘UN Women’ sold out in less than 24 hours raising over $70,000 in much needed funding to support women’s rights globally. The campaign was supported by celebrities including Gemma Ward.

This year the new campaign aims to sell over 3,000 tees and raise over $150,000 for anti-bullying charities worldwide. The limited edition unisex tees are made from a eco-friendly blend of organic cotton and hemp are available to shop online at www.augustethelabel.com and retail for $39 AUD for kid’s tees and $59 AUD for adult’s tees.
