Belvedere, the world’s original luxury vodka, has revealed its latest innovation, the Belvedere Single Estate Rye Series. Two distinct vodkas, Smogóry Forest and Lake Bartężek, each named after the village of the estate, have been crafted to capture the distinctive essence of their respective terroirs.

100% single grain from a single location, these pioneering new vodkas reveal the direct impact a place has on taste and character, and demonstrate that rye vodkas -already flavourful- can display different flavour profiles based on where that rye is grown. The new Single Estate Rye Series will be debuted in Australia through a multi-dimensional sensory cocktail experience – the Belvedere Single Estate Rooms in Chippendale, Sydney, between March 4, 5 and 6.

Guests will discover the very different and complex flavour profiles of the Single Estate Rye vodkas as they are imagined by a line-up of Australia’s most renowned mixologists including Sam Egerton (Charlie Parkers, Sydney), Jeremy Shipley (Smoke, Sydney), Felix Allsop (The Everleigh, Melbourne), and Aaron Clark (Ghanem Group, Brisbane).

The Single Estate Rooms explore and explain the idea of terroir (soil, topography, and climate) in vodka, observing how variations in climate affects the taste yielded from the same superior Polish Dankowskie Diamond Rye used in each unique expression of Belvedere.

The Belvedere Single Estate Rooms will come to life through an intimate, 1 hour sensory experience, where guests are transported on a journey – via sight, soundscape, smell and taste – to two enchanting, natural terrains of Polish lake and forest. Whilst the surrounding environment on the Room changes over the course of the night, a two-course supper club meal will be enjoyed alongside cocktails, which have been inspired by the characteristics of each estate terroir.

Following the experience, The House of Belvedere Bar opens for guests to enjoy the Single Estate Rye Series along with accompanying Belvedere Pure cocktails into the night.
