Public House Management Group’s, Bistro Moncur Woollahra have played host to the launch of the Spring/Summer Campaign for both Bistro Moncur venues in Woollahra and Mosman, with an exclusive cocktail party held in Bar Moncur.

The event showcased the delicious cocktail and food specials for the spring and summer months across the venues, with PHMG’s culinary ambassador Guillaume Brahimi creating a bespoke sampling menu for the launch. Guests were treated to roving canapés including hand cut Steak tartare on melba toast; marinated tuna, avocado mousse, sesame cracker; pork croquettes, celeriac, walnut, apple remoulade and of course Petit Fours.

Ruinart’s Rosé flowed throughout the night, while PHMG’s Mixologist Kurtis Bosley created a selection of fresh cocktails including the Tickle Me Pink made up of Camapri, Lustau Fino Sherry, Watermelon Syrup, OK Hibiscus & Lime Kombucha.

VIP guests included Karlie Verkerk, Masterchef 2017, Claire Fabb, Style By Yellow Button, Luc Wiesman, D’Marge and Arrnott Olssen, Rogue Homme.

Sought after Sydney band Myall High kept the crowd entertained into the night with their chilled sounds of warm electronic harmonies blended with the concert harp.
