Affinity Diamonds Valentine's Day Launch Event

Affinity Diamonds celebrated its public launch last night with an exclusive Valentine’s Day affair. VIP celebrity Sydney siders attended the sparking event including NRL players and management; Daly Cherry-Evans, Beau Scott, Josh Mansour, Jason Clark, Josh Morris, John Sutton, Steve Menzies, Des Hasler; TV presenter Amber Sherlock; Former Miss Universe Australia Renae Ayris; models Samantha Harris and Stephanie Joy Field and fashion designer Steven Khalil.

The evening’s MC, celebrity stylist Donny Galella, introduced the glamourous E! Host and Red Carpet reporter, Ksenija Lukich as Affinity Diamonds’ first Brand Ambassador.

It was a uniquely Sydney celebration, with sports stars from NRL and AFL rubbing shoulders with fashionistas and TV stars.

This eclectic mix was reflected in the beautiful menu, with delicate seafood dishes such as seared tuna with black cherries and dolmades and crab and haloumi tartlets complemented by more robust lamb shoulder, black olive and fetta filo rolls and chocolate baklava cigars to keep the rugby crowd well-nourished.

These were enjoyed by the crowd in a fun and stylish ambience with soft candle-lit decor, some great acoustic tunes, complete with live saxophonist, and an extravagant balloon display. Affinity Diamonds’ founders, Sam and Olympia Rahme, explained:
