Neil Perry & Aspen Snowmass Cook Up The Ultimate Ski Trip

New GM for glam Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast: hello Claire Huang!

Palazzo Versace Gold Coast is delighted to announce the appointment of Claire Huang as their new General Manager, as well as highlight the hotel’s five-star management team.

Having worked in various luxury hotel management roles including General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and Resident Manager for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Asia Pacific over the past 19 years, Claire’s impressive experience and passion for the industry have led her to this new and exciting position.

Driving a cutting edge culinary team at the haute hotel is Executive Chef Grant Murray, with 20 years of experience in kitchens of large luxury hotels and stand-alone restaurants in South Africa, London, the Middle East and Australia, Grant embraces innovation and has successfully revamped menus across Palazzo Versace’s award-winning restaurant venues with a focus on enhancing the hotel’s famous Seafood Buffet, Vanitas restaurant and the hotel’s Signature High Tea this Spring. 

The service team includes Food and Beverage Manager John Forest and Front Office Manager Alicia Denning. John and Alicia have established themselves as key advocates for driving a new excellence in service culture at Palazzo Versace, which includes enhancing the hotel’s famous High Tea experience located in the beautiful hotel with shimmering views of the antique chandelier which once shone its light in the grand state library of Milan – a gift from the late Gianni Versace.

The hotel has also announced the appointment of Human Resources Manager, Ashley Patch, Ashleigh will play an integral role in developing the hotel’s meticulous service culture with elegance and flair.

Etihad Airways has kicked off its annual global sales campaign with great value Business and Economy Class fares to popular destinations worldwide.
