Broken pieces; Ancient Greek and Roman sculptures are the starting point of Christopher Esber’s 2019 Resort Collection.

His classic forms are dissected distorted and softened to reinstate the fluidity of feminine. Lace contours the body to evoke nudity; tailoring is focused in linen, elevated and reinforced with pigmented lining to allow for a more sculptured take on the simple cloth. A reference to Yves Klein and concentrated colour in movement.

The everyday shapes of tee’s and sweatshirts are rendered in micro seed beading to capture drape folds which have been frozen in time.

The Resort 19 collection is encompassed in the brand’s enduring codes and takes of softened masculine, feminine grit for a new elegance.
