For two nights only (19th and 21st March), Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will host an ‘Exploring Connection Dinner’ as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. This event will see Australian artist and all round legend, David Bromley team up with Chef Director, Ashley Palmer-Watts to present an insightful and dynamic intersection between art and food.

Explore how history creates the future and listen to how the story of Dinner inspired and manifested in bespoke art pieces created by David Bromley, that take pride of place in the restaurant. Listen to the journey of that moment, how the two met – chef and artist- and how two inspirational creative minds work together.

Watch as a community of artists create an original piece “live” on the night. Enjoy a dining experience delicious and unique that will connected to the conversation and the topics of the evening. Listen to their stories and taste and see the results of those brave enough to follow their own individual path.

At the end of the evening, the painting will be raffled off, with proceeds going to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
