Farfetch, the online platform to shop the world’s greatest selection of luxury, has collaborated with Manolo Blahnik to launch an exclusive capsule collection.

The specially designed Manolo Blahnik heel, ‘SCIPIOS’, is available in five vibrant colour ways, exclusively on Farfetch.

Each hue has been created with a different personality in mind, allowing customers to find their perfect sole mate – whether it’s with ‘The Romantic One’ in pink, ‘The Playful One’ in Nude, ‘The Mysterious One’ in black, ‘The Modernist One’ in white or ‘The Wild One’ in orange.

Inspiration for the exclusive ‘SCIPIOS’ style came from a combination of Mr Blahnik’s iconic ‘stiletto’ design and NYC artist Mark Rothko; an abstract expressionist famous for contrast colour blocking.

The exclusive style features an elegant, architecturally inspired sculpted heel, along with pointed closed toe and cut-out details.

Patent material and Pop Art inspired block hues dominate, while contrasting soles add the final touch to Manolo Blahnik’s recreation of a classic silhouette, with a strappy twist.
