Swiss watchmaker, Longines, hosted VIPs and celebrities at an exclusive Opening Ceremony Pre-Party at Longines Records Club ahead of the official celebration at Carrara Stadium.

Guests were entertained by 15-year-old emerging Australian singer, Ruel. The Sydney teen who has recently been recognised by Sir Elton John then went on to perform at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony.
