Sydney Harbour welcomes the latest addition to its commercial superyacht fleet with the arrival of Infinity Pacific.

The only Italian-built alloy superyacht available for charter in Sydney, Infinity Pacific has been acquired by the Karedis and Laundy families, owners and operators of the Pacific Hotel Group.

With a vision to create a luxury hotel and tourism group, Infinity Pacific joins a growing portfolio of iconic beachside properties along the eastern coastline of Australia including the recently rebranded Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort.

Infinity Pacific will offer local and international guests a unique experience on Australia’s most scenic waters. At 40m and set over three levels, Infinity Pacific – designed by Parisian interior architect Fréderic Méchiche and Luca Dini – features a light, modern and sophisticated interior and coupled with custom made furniture provides a soft and restful ambience throughout.

Unique to a superyacht of this size, Infinity Pacific boasts a spacious master suite and two VIP double cabins which span the vessel’s full width. Two additional twin cabins complete the guest accommodation. The floor to ceiling glass Panorama Sunroom on the aft cockpit allows guests to take in the spectacular surrounds of Sydney Harbour, while a professional superyacht crew of eight will ensure a personalised cruising experience.

Greg Karedis, co-Founder and owner of the Pacific Hotel Group says; “Sydney and Australia continue to receive strong demand from the luxury holiday market and Infinity Pacific will present further opportunity to local and international guests looking to enjoy an unrivalled experience.”

Further capturing the Pacific Hotel Group relationship with Noosa Beach House, Executive Chef Peter Kuruvita will curate the culinary offering on board. With a focus on Kuruvita’s unique cooking style and love of seafood, guests will enjoy an exquisite offering of locally sourced ingredients and the freshest produce. Expect signature dishes such as Sri Lankan Snapper Curry and Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Ruby Grapefruit, Sweet Pork and Crackling.

All on board can choose from a mix of formal and informal dining areas; the main deck featuring the magnificent interior dining room and an expansive outdoor dining area, ideal for taking in the picturesque surrounds. Further outdoor dining is available on the upper deck, complemented by infinite water views. For the perfect sunset drink, the Japanese-style soaker tub and bar on the vessel’s upper deck provides an unrivalled luxury experience.

Clients who charter Infinity Pacific are invited to personalise their cruising itinerary along the Australian coast line, to destinations including; Brisbane, Cairns, Gold Coast, Great Barrier Reef, Lizard Island, Pittwater, Sydney Harbour, Whitsundays.

The vessel is also designed for longer voyages between Australia and the South Pacific and New Zealand. Infinity Pacific will be docked at The Foreshore, Sydney’s Superyacht Marina at Rozelle and will be available for charter from mid-November 2017.
