Moncler once again partners with amfAR for the Cinema Against AIDS Gala After Party, at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Cap d’Antibes during the Cannes Film Festival.

As with previous years, the event will take place on the panoramic terrace of Eden-Roc, a unique location set between the rocks and the sea on one of the most exclusive and picturesque stretches of the Côte d’Azur.

The theme of this year’s event is 1920s Hollywood, and Moncler interprets it with an original hand, with technological research and the Maison’s own style combining to encounter the cosmopolitan and sophisticated atmosphere of those years.

The amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala is one of the most eagerly anticipated charity events of the Film Festival, owing to the multitude of appearances by international artists and stars.

Carine Roitfeld will curate the show of exclusive models created by designers from the most prestigious international fashion houses, which will also include the Moncler Gamme Rouge.

All the garments will be auctioned during the evening to raise funds for amfAR.

Remo Ruffini, President of Moncler comments: “We have been collaborating with amfAR for several years, because I firmly believe in their ‘Countdown to a Cure’ project, which is aimed at finding a cure for AIDS by 2020.

The progress made thanks to constant hard work in the sector of research, prevention and education has helped to strengthen my enthusiasm for adhering to this mission, which amfAR has been supporting for decades.

It is a battle undertaken not only to eradicate a terrible disease, but also to promote great research and education programmes”.
