An exciting new retreat is available from the team at Springfield Farm, where guests can learn from their experts all about growing their own edible garden at home. Located in the Southern Highlands, just 1.5 hours drive from Sydney, Springfield offers space to pause, rest, and restore in their fresh country air.
Their latest retreat, Home Grown: An Introduction to Permaculture, will allow attendees to explore a more sustainable and regenerative way of life. The retreat offers a delicious weekend in the country for those that want a taste of permaculture through hands-on learning in the garden, learning the skills they need to easily begin growing your own edible garden at home.
The Home Grown retreat is an invitation to participate in a positive and empowering response to chaos and uncertainty – permaculture. In its simplest form permaculture is a highly efficient way of growing your own food in harmony with nature – good for you and good for the planet.
