With the rocky start to 2020 never has there been a more critical time to focus on becoming balanced, focus on calming our minds and helping to rebuild a shared future with and for wildlife and people.

Thus Taronga would like to inform you of a unique event that Taronga Zoo is holding for the first time ever –  ‘Mindful Morning’s’. Launching March 6th this unique fundraising event has been developed in direct response to the bushfire crisis and the ongoing long-term drought that’s decimated already fragile animal populations.

At Mindful Mornings you can expect to be led by the professional in the field Nicho Plowman in an incredible session of meditation right on the shore of Sydney Harbour. Be immersed in the sounds and serenity as the zoo slowly awakens around you and learn about what Taronga is doing to support wildlife, both in the immediate aftermath from the recent bushfires and drought and our long term commitment to saving Australian native wildlife.
