Design choices such as an apparent floral theme paired with colourful and unique interior pieces such as onyx stone tables, resin floral pendant lights, abstract murals and stunning floral installations, instantly pay tribute to the florist that once existed behind those same walls.

The cafe will be open for breakfast and lunch and will focus on fine foods such as caviar and truffle. For (30g $168, 50g $288) diners can tantalize their taste buds with Ars Italica Osietra Caviar or for (30g $228, 50g $338) diners can enjoy Black Pearl Beluga Caviar, the most famous of all caviars. All caviar is served with blinis, crème Fraiche, egg mimosas and chives. The cafe will also have a strong focus on providing exceptional barista-made coffee.

The Mayflower is located at 2/303A Liverpool St, Darlinghurst and will be open for dining in and takeaway 7 am – 3 pm, 7 days a week.
