After much anticipation, UNIQLO’s debut collaboration with German Designer Tomas Maier is set to hit stores this week!

Launching in Australia on Thursday May 17th, the new resort-wear line, will add a splash of fun to UNIQLO’s everyday LifeWear, infusing tomas maier’s ‘time off’ and ‘escape’ philosophy.

The menswear range is made up of light, breathable supima cotton and Airism t-shirts, swim relax shorts and chino shorts, cashmere crewnecks and wearable jackets.

For women, the line includes t-shirts, swimwear and dresses available in block colours or printed with Maier’s iconic palm tree patterns. Long cardigans, cashmere crew necks and long sleeve shirts also add a transseasonal element to the range.

Commenting on the launch of the much anticipated line, Tomas Maier said, “tomas maier is all about clothes for time off – a way for people to enjoy a much-needed escape from some of the complexities of modern living,” says Maier of his designs.

“I am confident that we were able to incorporate UNIQLO’s remarkable technologies and expertise successfully into our collaboration line,” he adds.
