INTERNATIONAL SUPERMODEL SHALOM HARLOW, PHOEBE TONKIN, GEORGIA FOWLER, ELSA PATAKY AND TROYE SIVAN WALK RED CARPET AT PRESTIGIOUS NGV GALA EVENT
The prestigious NGV Gala, hosted at NGV International in Melbourne, tonight launched the opening of the highly anticipated exhibition, Alexander McQueen: Mind, Mythos, Muse with a star-studded line-up.
VIP guests arrived via a fleet of Mercedes-Benz, adorned in Tiffany & Co. jewellery and styled in looks inspired by fashion as an art form, whilst stopping by the Australian first Muse by David Jones Phantom Camera activation.
The NGV International was transformed with bespoke event design inspired by the Alexander McQueen exhibition and the iconic designer’s creative process and capacity for storytelling.
Over 1000 guests danced in the Great Hall being entertained by special guest Baker Boy, enjoying champagne from Moët & Chandon, gin by Four Pillars and the finest Yering Station wines. The all-Australian music lineup also included DJ sets by Ebony Boadu, YO! MAFIA and Soju Gang.
Shalom Harlow, Phoebe Tonkin, Georgia Fowler, Maddison Brown and Gabriella Brooks, wore Tiffany & Co. jewellery for the evening.
Friends of David Jones; Elsa Pataky, Victoria Lee, Adam Goodes, Nathan McGuire, Tom Derickx, special guest of David Jones The Hon. Julie Bishop and David Jones Australian designer Toni Maticevski showcased their looks in slow motion at The Muse by David Jones Phantom Camera activation.
Nadia Fairfax, Elliot Garnaut and Matt Suleau celebrated the evening with Moët & Chandon in hand, alongside the custom Champagne Tower.
