Fashion week cancelled

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Australia’s premier fashion event, slated for early May at Sydney’s Carriageworks, has been cancelled.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image media=”68108″ media_width_percent=”100″ alignment=”center” img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Following a slew of cancellations of major events locally and all over the world, the major Australian event that showcases our fashion industry to the world has taken the same path.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image media=”68107″ media_width_percent=”100″ alignment=”center” img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Natalie Xenita, Executive Director of IMG’s fashion events group for the Asia-Pacific region, commented:

There will be no postponement but instead total cancellation, the next fashion week will not be happening until 2021.
