Mirvac goes red for the Salvation Army digital doorknock

Mirvac is putting its creative and corporate weight behind The Salvation Army’s Digital Doorknock, calling on all Australians, its customers and communities, design partners and staff to decorate their doors red to support the annual Red Shield Appeal.

Mirvac Head of Residential Stuart Penklis is leading the #decorateyourdoorred campaign by example, decorating his door red with the help of his family and posting it to Mirvac’s Facebook and Instagram.

“With financial hardship, isolation and domestic violence all on the rise as a result of COVID-19, the support provided by The Salvation Army is more vital than ever,” said Mr Penklis.

The Red Shield Appeal runs until the end of June.

To be in the running for the best decorate your door red door awards, supporters should post pics of their creative efforts and tag Mirvac in their Instagram post (@Mirvac_residential) and include the hashtag #decorateyourdoorred or post a pic of their red door on Mirvac’s Facebook (@mirvacresidential).
