Global travel brand Luxury Escapes (LE) has officially launched its new rewards program Societe and some of its 8-million members are already reaping the benefits.
Having just spent 24 hours experiencing an extraordinary luxury escape to the divine Voco Kirkton Valley Hunter in Pokolbin … I can see what the fuss is about.
LE’s marketing dynamos Amanda Bolger and Laura Mezo invited and hosted an incredibly interesting, interested and diverse crew of travel writers, editors & point gurus for a 24 hour session to the Hunter Valley so we could hear about the latest LE business innovation.
The whole event was exquisitely orchestrated – from hire cars picking up each guest before arriving in the Hunter at the Voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley – 70 acres of rolling hills, manicured gardens, beautiful rooms and a seemingly sea of gorgeous restaurants. Loved it. (And by the way, what an extraordinary place for an event – wedding, launch, birthday celebration et al.)

So here goes the Societe initiative: the program soft launched in April and offers free membership and the opportunity to earn Points and Status Credits across its global network of holidays, tours, hotel bookings, flights and experiences.
Over 500,000 Australians have already signed up and started and burning Société Points, helping them enjoy even more value for their luxury holiday experiences.
Adam Schwab, Luxury Escapes Co-Founder & CEO said Société Points are real currency and not restricted like most travel programs: “Our customers can redeem their Société Points for absolutely everything on Luxury Escapes. • Airport lounge access at international terminals in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane (using the uber lux Aspire lounges like The House lounge in Melbourne with full open bar and a la carte and buffet dining options throughout the day)
• Private chauffer airport transfers from home to the airport
• Priority Australian based customer support via a dedicated 24/7 number
• Lots of bonuses and discounts (Societe members get TravelShoot vouchers and tour experience credits)
• Hidden offers only available to Societe members (e.g. first-look exclusive travel offers)
The tiers include Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze and members across all tiers have already redeemed Société Points for room upgrades, airport transfers and lounge passes.
