The Ritz-Carlton returns to Australia with 100th hotel worldwide

Hero dishes included Abrolhos Island scallops,  lobster with ‘bolognese’ sauce and Mottainai Lamb, paired with a special Western Australian wine list in a nod to the new opening. For a sweet finish, guests were treated to cape gooseberry, raspberry and native thyme.
