The two-day program of events included a welcome sunset dinner, one-off health and fitness activities and an official launch brunch. Over the course of the retreat, guests were able to participate in a number of activities including yoga and a guided meditation walk in the rainforest, tennis lessons, sunrise surfing lessons and personal training on the beach at Byron Bay’s iconic Tallow Beach.

Overlooking the ocean, headland and lighthouse, guests enjoyed a beautiful spread of healthy breakfast items including macadamia lattes, acai bowls, chia pots and a ‘create-your-own’ avocado on toast with locally sourced toppings that included goats cheese, heirloom tomatoes and Atlantic salmon.
A specially created smoothie bar was also featured where guests were able to create their own smoothies that included Activated Nutrients’ new range of certified organic superfood powders. Before returning home, guests were able to enjoy an afternoon stroll along the iconic lighthouse walk to the Cape Byron Lighthouse.
