Celebrating 30 years this Month, Lark Distillery partners with Luke Mangan’s Glass Brasserie for an Exclusive Whisky Dinner

Tasmanian distiller, Lark, celebrates 30 years this July. Best known for crafting the first and finest Tasmanian single malt whiskies, Lark has garnered somewhat of a cult following globally for its award-winning whisky and gin products.

To mark the occasion, Lark will partner with Luke Mangan’s glass brasserie for an exclusive 4-course dinner at 6pm on Wednesday 20 July 2022, accompanied by a range of premium Lark whiskies including a very special rare cask release. Wines and other drinks will also be available on the night.

The event will be hosted by Lark Distillery founder and owner, Bill Lark, and head distiller, Chris Thomson, with glass brasserie’s Luke Mangan creating a one-off menu for the occasion. Throughout the evening, Bill and Chris will be sharing their tasting notes on each whisky served and entertain with stories of Lark and its 30-year journey to becoming Australia’s number one craft distiller.

The bespoke four-course menu has been impeccably paired to Lark’s exceptional whiskies and will include dishes such as duck breast with Jerusalem artichoke and ginger puree, paired with the Lark Chinotto 60%, among other inspired Luke Mangan designed dishes which compliment Lark’s exceptional product.

A definitive Sydney fine-dining experience, glass brasserie is helmed by celebrity chef Luke Mangan. It offers a modern Australian menu and exemplary drinks and service in impressive surrounds, with double height floor to ceiling windows overlooking the magnificent Queen Victoria Building.

Lark’s products will be available for order on the night, with a lucky door prize of one of Lark’s most celebrated whiskies also being given away.

Tickets for the dinner are priced at $250 per person, inclusive of 4-courses and matched premium and rare whiskies including a cocktail to start. Dietary requirements can be catered for if mentioned at the time of booking. 6pm for a 6:30pm start.
