Sydney eatery Franca reimagine the famous ‘Happy Meal’ for palates more used to foie gras than fries.
I think it’s a very clever idea and fantastic way to get, so to speak, bums on seats and for people to experience what is one of the most beautiful brasserie dining rooms in Sydney with equally as good food.
The ‘hour’ of Franca-phile power is happening on weeknights from 5-6pm.
While the ‘Happy Hour’ meal will features a gourmet cheeseburger and frites, the ante has certainly been upped with the addition of a Negroni or Martini.
And no, there are no bookings available – just like a pit-stop to the big M.
