The Park Hyatt Sydney has unveiled a new uniform collaboration with Australian designer Collette Dinnigan, unveiling a collection for its hotel team. The partnership brings fashion and hospitality together, redefining the hotel’s guest experience through a sartorial lens.

The collection is designed for all hotel colleagues and captures the essence of Dinnigan’s signature style and Park Hyatt Sydney’s understated elegance. Inspired by the hotel’s harbourside setting, the new uniforms balance timeless design with everyday functionality crafted from natural fabrics in a palette that echoes Sydney’s light, stone and sea.

“I wanted the uniforms to feel like an extension of the Park Hyatt Sydney experience: polished yet personal, timeless with a hint of modernity,” says Collette Dinnigan.

“It’s about elevating the everyday with quality details, refined silhouettes and textures that reflect Sydney’s coastal light and sandstone palette.”

From softly structured suiting to flowing skirts and intricately considered details, the collection evokes a quiet confidence. Luxe natural fabrics in layered blue tones create a tactile and visual harmony with the hotel’s warm interiors and harbour surrounds.

“We are honoured to partner with Collette Dinnigan. Her design language aligns perfectly with the Park Hyatt ethos,” says Samuel Dabinett, General Manager, Park Hyatt Sydney.

“Our team is the heart of our guest experience. This collection is more than a uniform; it is a symbol of pride, style, and a celebration of Australia’s unique story and spirit reflected through design and craftsmanship.”
The new collection was unveiled at an exclusive preview on Tuesday at The Guest House, set against Sydney Harbour’s most iconic backdrop.
