Sydney has just scored its first dedicated Tres Leches cakery

Sydney, you’re in for a treat. Dollops and Drizzles, a dedicated Tres Leches Cakery offering pick-up and home delivery is now taking online orders, becoming the first of its kind in Sydney. As staunch believers of the saying ‘the rest of your life begins after you realise you don’t need an occasion to eat cake’ – we are here for it

The Tres Leches, which translates to ‘three milks’ is made with, yep, you guessed it, three different types of milk. The soft airy sponge is soaked overnight in evaporated, condensed and then cream before being topped. What sets Dollops and Drizzles apart is the fact that unlike other milk cakes, each flavour on offer is steeped in its own flavoured milk – making each variety excitingly different, yet equally more-ish.

Sydney’s only dedicated milk cake operation has got 6 flavours on offer. The most popular being Lotus Biscoff. Others include Banoffee, Strawberries & Cream, Rosewater & Pistachio, Snickers and Tiramisu but let’s be real, you won’t be able to stop at just one.
