Award-winning boutique hospitality company The Speakeasy Group (Eau de Vie, Mjølner, Boilermaker House) are bringing their glamorous cocktail and Champagne bar, Nick and Nora’s, to Melbourne. Nick and Nora’s is unapologetically indulgent and befitting of the prestigious 80 Collins address.

As the latest in a host of curated concepts to announce their partnership with 80 Collins, Nick and Nora’s Champagne and cocktail bar aims to play host to legendary soirees, complete with art deco flourishes encompassing the opulence and glamour of post prohibition America. With a nod to the eponymous fictional crime fighting duo of the roaring 1930’s, Nick and Nora’s will embody the decadent spirit of the era.

A five-metre-long climate-controlled display will hold an enviable collection of Champagne, with over 400 bottles from the region’s most highly regarded houses, including rare and hard to find vintages and formats.

The Nick and Nora’s co The Nick and Nora’s cocktail list was created with the group’s signature flair, exemplifying a period of excellence in bartending. The bar menu is divided into intriguing lists from Femme Fatale for Martinis to Hollywood Starlet for Champagne Cocktails and The Snitch for Sours.

A canape-style snack menu will be on offer focusing on premium oysters, the finest caviar, artisanal cheese and charcuterie. The art deco styled venue includes three separate balconies and five distinct event spaces (two with private balcony access), making Nick and Nora’s an alluring choice for celebrations and gatherings.
